Wendy has been working in the employment field for over 10 years. With a strong knowledge of the region and with her networking and marketing skills, Wendy is able to promote clients into work that is suitable to their needs. She achieves this by taking the time to listen to her clients, determining positive and realistic strategies and encourages her clients to reach their goals. Employment Consultant - DES
Monica has acquired a diverse range of Employment related skills and experience while working for CIM Employment Services. She has also been able to learn and experience the rewarding achievements that being an Employment Consultant has to offer.
Monica also has 12 years experience working in Multi Cultural environments while supporting culturally and linguistically diverse individuals.

Exercise Physiologist / Job in Jeopardy Consultant
Christie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movements Studies) at the University of Queensland.
Christie has previously worked with exercise prescription and management for chronic diseases neurological disorders chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries and aquatic therapy for musculoskeletal conditions.
Christie focuses on providing individually tailored sessions to enable each client to achieve their specific goals. In addition to this Christie works with each client to build and maintain healthy lifestyles and functional abilities.
Christie will be involved with the Job in Jeopardy program at CIM Employment in addition to performing functional capacity evaluations, fitness assessments and prescribing gym and hydrotherapy rehabilitation programs.
Registered Psychologist / Rehabilitation Counsellor
Katrina Humphrys is a registered psychologist who has been providing psychology services to organisations for over 4 years. Katrina has completed a Bachelor in Psychology (Hons) and is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy in Organisational Psychology.
Katrina has broad practice experience working with clients with mild mental health issues. She has specialist knowledge working within psychometric assessment for employment purposes and working with employees with occupational stress and strain issues.
Katrina's areas of interest include the treatment of depression, anxiety, work related stress, and work-life balance issues. Katrina also possesses training in initial needs assessments, vocational assessments, psychological assessments and adjustment to injury counselling.
Katrina is an Associate Member of Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Nadia is new to the CIM Employment Services team. Nadia has extensive administration and recruitment experience working in the Employment Services and Food Processing industry. She has been working in a culturally diverse environment, is fully fluent in a number of Eastern European languages and is passionate about helping people access the community to achieve their goals. Frank commences with CIM Employment with a diverse background of job’s and experience where he has enjoyed dealing with a wide range of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Over time Frank’s different roles have included working for 2 Local Council’s Law Enforcement area, in the Security industry at a variety of venues and for the NSW Corrective Services.
Recently moving to Qld has also bought about changes in his career path and Frank is very familiar with the barriers that need to be overcome to find employment. Frank is looking forward to helping and supporting people to find work and understands the challenges involved with their journey.
Client Support Officer
Jo Murray joined our team in January 2011. She has previously worked as a receptionist in a psychology clinic and also as a retail assistant in a newsagency. Jo is currently studying a Bachelor of Human Services which she hopes to become a counsellor / social worker. Jo hopes to learn from her role as Administration Officer and develop new skills for when she finishes university.
Work Experience: 6 months – Telephone counsellor for Quitline. Providing assessment and counselling support for clients wanting to quit smoking. Using person centred and motivational interviewing counsellor practices to assist clients explore motivation and develop a quit plan. 1 Year – Lifestyle Support Worker at Synapse working with people with acquired brain injury assisting them to access the community and reach their life and employment goals while helping them work through their challenging behaviour and cognitive barriers. 2 and half years – Employee Relations Practitioner at a large mining engineering firm. Focusing on employee compliancy, site HR practices and team alignment and development. Various volunteer positions providing support and counselling for individuals either directly affected my mental health issues or caring for someone who is.
Special interest: Person centred, motivational interviewing and CBT counselling
Personal Passion: Supporting clients to develop the motivation and confidence to tackle their barriers to employment and feeling more prepared to re enter the working environment.
