Drew has 8 years experience in the Employment Services industry where he has worked for Job Network and Disability Employment Services. During these 8 years he has worked as an Administration Assistant, Post Placement Support - Support Worker, Job Search Trainer, Job Placement Officer, Employment Consultant and as a Team Leader.
Drew is an extremely dedicated, detailed orientated and supportive individual who is always willing to go the extra mile to support CIM's clients and his fellow DES Team Members.

WENDY ENNIS
Senior Employment Consultant - DES
Wendy has been working in the employment field for over 10 years. With a strong knowledge of the region and with her networking and marketing skills, Wendy is able to promote clients into work that is suitable to their needs. She achieves this by taking the time to listen to her clients, determining positive and realistic strategies and encourages her clients to reach their goals. Wendy's has a positive attitude and is an excellent advocate for those with disabilities.

MONICA LUCAS
Employment Consultant - DES
Monica has acquired a diverse range of Employment related skills and experience while working for CIM Employment Services. She has also been able to learn and experience the rewarding achievements that being an Employment Consultant has to offer.
Monica also has 12 years experience working in Multi Cultural environments while supporting culturally and linguistically diverse individuals.
She strives to be a positive role model not only for her family but for her clients and peers as every day delivers new challenges and reward.

MARIA ANDERSON
Employment Consultant
With 6 years working in the Employment field and many other years of working in a diverse range of careers, Maria has the skills to quickly build positive relationships with client due to her understanding of life's challenges. Maria brings to the organisation a desire and drive to assist clients through empowerment, providing quality tools, assessing their abilities rather than disabilities and also enhancing her clients lifestyle and wellbeing. JOANNA MAHON
Exercise Physiologist
Jo is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been providing exercise rehabilitation programs for the past 3 years. She has worked in a number of different settings including hospital, mining and private health providing healthy lifestyle management, developing and implementing rehabilitation exercise programs for a range of conditions such as musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiac and general deconditioned populations.
Jo will be involved with functional capacity evaluations, pre- employment assessments, pain management, and gym rehabilitation programs @ CIM Health and is looking forward to developing her skills and knowledge in occupational rehabilitation.

CHRISTIE BRENNAN
Exercise Physiologist / Job in Jeopardy Consultant
Christie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movements Studies) at the University of Queensland.
Christie has previously worked with exercise prescription and management for chronic diseases neurological disorders chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries and aquatic therapy for musculoskeletal conditions.
Christie focuses on providing individually tailored sessions to enable each client to achieve their specific goals. In addition to this Christie works with each client to build and maintain healthy lifestyles and functional abilities.
Christie will be involved with the Job in Jeopardy program at CIM Employment in addition to performing functional capacity evaluations, fitness assessments and prescribing gym and hydrotherapy rehabilitation programs.

KATRINA HUMPHRYS
Registered Psychologist / Rehabilitation Counsellor
Katrina Humphrys is a registered psychologist who has been providing psychology services to organisations for over 4 years. Katrina has completed a Bachelor in Psychology (Hons) and is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy in Organisational Psychology.
Katrina has broad practice experience working with clients with mild mental health issues. She has specialist knowledge working within psychometric assessment for employment purposes and working with employees with occupational stress and strain issues.
Katrina's areas of interest include the treatment of depression, anxiety, work related stress, and work-life balance issues. Katrina also possesses training in initial needs assessments, vocational assessments, psychological assessments and adjustment to injury counselling.
Katrina is an Associate Member of Australian Psychological Society (APS).

SAM LAMBERT
Psychologist , Rehabilitation Consultant
Sam is new to CIM Health and has several years of experience working as a Psychologist with both the government areas and in a private practice setting. Sam has worked with clients with a range of issues, including drug and alcohol, work related stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, personality disorders, gender identity concerns, unemployment and dealing with grief and loss.
Sam is currently assisting not only the Health division of CIM Group but also working with CIM Employment clients to build on her knowledge through vocational counselling, job preparation and general treatment.

NADIA PAVLOVIC
Employment Consultant
Nadia is new to the CIM Employment Services team. Nadia has extensive administration and recruitment experience working in the Employment Services and Food Processing industry. She has been working in a culturally diverse environment, is fully fluent in a number of Eastern European languages and is passionate about helping people access the community to achieve their goals. RAYLENE BARTCZAK
Client Support Officer
Raylene joins the CIM Employment team having 8 years working in high level administration roles in Employment Services, Child Protection and Homelessness.
Having worked within increasingly demanding environments, Raylene enjoys working in the community and is a dedicated, supportive individual who naturally enjoys dealing with people.
She is passionate about supporting people in the community and brings with her a high standard of ethics, adaptability, commitment and a proven professional approach to her work.
