Wage Subsidy/Financial Incentives

Available to employers in regards to our Job Seekers completing a minimum of 13 weeks employment with their business with the possibility of continuing employment beyond 13 weeks

Unpaid Work Experience Placement (UWEP)

A fully funded government programme offering employers the opportunity to trial and/or train job seekers they are considering employing. All insurance costs are covered by the Federal Government, no wages are payable to the Job Seeker and there is no obligation to employ the Job Seeker at the end of the Programme.

Post Placement Support

Support from our service which lasts for at least 26 weeks after our Job Seeker commences employment with your company. This support is to ensure that your company and the Job Seeker are satisfied with the employment situation and will result in a long term employment outcome being obtained.

Jason has worked as a Plaster Fixer for 12 years and has developed exceptional skills which could be transferred into a variety of other industries. Jason is a Qualified Plasterer and has worked for 1 employer for 12 years. Jason has a large range of skills & knowledge within the general labouring and trade Industries including maintaining equipment, assessing measuring and quoting jobs. Jason is familiar with working to deadlines whilst providing a high level of customer service. Jason is seeking employment in the Browns Plains / Logan area. Jason is a hardworking and is willing try his hand at any position available so he can show his initiative to be a hard worker and a team player. Maxine also has a Certificate III in Aged Care, current Senior First Aid Certificate, current QLD Police clearance and a Blue – Working with Children. Maxine is also currently doing Volunteer Work as an Aged Care Assistant for a local Aged Care facility in the Logan Area. Maxine is hardworking, reliable, highly motivated and is willing to take on any employment position which is offered to her and will give 100% to ensure she is a success.
