CIM Employment is working effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Job Seeker’s by assisting them in dealing with their barriers to employment and helping them to achieve their educational and employment goals.
CIM Employment provides support and assistance to Indigenous Australians through (DES) Disability Employment Services – (DMS) Disability Management Services (DES-DMS) program throughout Logan at our Woodridge, Crestmead and Beenleigh Offices.
At CIM Employment our client’s can expect to receive the following support:
- Cultural mentoring support and advice
- Job Searching Support
- A minimum of 26 weeks support provided after commencing employment
- Support in overcoming your injuries and health conditions through “free” Allied Health Support
- Vocational Support
- Commitment to the local Indigenous community
CIM Employment actively engages with the Indigenous Community through various Community Support Organisations, Government Departments, TAFE, Training Organisations and through contact with the local Elders.
CIM Employment is working to provide increased and more effective training and employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians in the Logan Area.
