Post Placement Support
- Support provided to you by CIM Employment Services for a minimum of 26 weeks after you commence a job to help you maintain employment
Job Club & Computer Access
- Access to computers and Employment Consultants to help you get a job
Vocational Assessments
- An assessment to assist you if you are unsure of your career path, need to re-skill or are returning to the workforce and want to identify your best job options
Unpaid Work Experience Placement (UWEP)
- A voluntary programme designed to give you the opportunity to gain specific work related skills and experience in a work-like environment
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
- An assessment completed by an experienced Physiotherapist which assists you with establishing your physical capability to complete required work tasks and activities without aggravating your health
Physiotherapy Assessments – Physiotherapy Treatment
- Assistance provided by Physiotherapist to overcome your physical and health related barriers to employment through Physiotherapy Treatment
Gym & Hydrotherapy Programmes
- Assistance provided by a Physiotherapist to assist you to overcome your physical and health related barriers to employment through Physical Exercise
Back Care Programme
- A programme delivered by a Physiotherapist designed to help you understand your back pain and develop strategies to manage it effectively
Job in Jeopardy (JiJ)
- Job in Jeopardy (JiJ) assists people who are currently employed but are at risk of losing their jobs due to injury, illness or disability
Psychological Support
- Management and assistance of Psychological issues
- Ongoing support
- Help to overcome barriers in obtaining employment
- Work/Life balance counselling
- Depression/anxiety counselling
